Biography

Holland Jancaitis is director of music ministry at Morrow Memorial United Methodist Church in Maplewood, NJ. He holds the DMA and MM degrees in choral conducting from Yale University and a BFA in piano performance from Carnegie Mellon University. He is sought after as a teacher of piano, voice, and musicianship, and as an organ recitalist. Holland is also an accomplished musical director in theatrical settings, having most recently MD’d for The Full Monty and the upcoming Carrie: The Musical, both with interAct Theatre Productions of South Orange, NJ.

Prior to his appointment at Morrow Church, Holland was assistant director of choral ensembles at Cornell University, where he directed the Chorale and the Chamber Singers. While at Yale, he was director of the Battell Chapel Choir and sang with Yale’s most select choral ensemble, the Schola Cantorum.
